No. Onboarding is included on both plans. Our team comes to your venue to set up your floor plan, reservation policies and guest emails, and to train your team. Custom integrations or a move from an older system may be quoted separately. Outside Bali, onboarding is still included; we pass through travel and accommodation at cost, quoted before anything is booked.
Yes. A move up to Pro takes effect straight away, prorated for the rest of your contract. A move down to Lite takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for until then.
Pricing is per venue, billed monthly, and every plan lets your team switch between venues in one account. Groups get one monthly invoice and exclusive multi-venue rates below the published price. With three venues or more, we build a plan around your covers, your team and your contract length.
No. Revasi never charges per cover, per booking or per guest seated, and guests pay nothing to book. Your subscription is the only thing you pay us, so more covers grow your business, not your bill.
Yes, the messages are charged directly to your venue by Meta. WhatsApp notifications are part of Pro. As a guide, US$10 of usage covers around 1,000-2,000 notifications, depending on the destination country. Setup may vary depending on whether you message international numbers, Indonesian numbers or both. Revasi adds no margin and charges no separate WhatsApp fee.
Your floor plan and sections, reservation and cancellation policies, branded guest emails, dietary and occasion fields, your POS and other tools, and training for the floor and management teams, all in person. Most venues are live within one week.
Contracts are annual and billed monthly. Two- and three-year terms earn better rates. You keep full access until the end of any term you have paid for, and your reservation data and guest profiles can be exported at any time.
