Is there a one-time setup or onboarding fee?

Onboarding is included with both plans. The Revasi team handles floor plan setup, reservation policies, automated guest communications, and team training as part of getting you live — there is no separate setup invoice for standard onboarding. Custom integrations or migrations from legacy systems may be quoted separately.

Can I switch between Revasi Lite and Revasi Pro?

Yes. Upgrades from Lite to Pro take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your contract term. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next renewal so you keep the features you have paid for through the current term.

How does pricing work if I have multiple venues?

Pricing is per venue, billed annually. Restaurant groups, hotel F&B teams and multi-venue operators run on Revasi Pro with consolidated annual billing across all venues — and exclusive multi-venue rates that sit below the headline figure. Groups with 3+ venues receive a tailored quote — book a demo and we will build a plan around your covers, your team and your contract length.

Are there per-cover commissions or booking fees?

No. Revasi never charges per cover, per booking, or per guest seated. Guests pay nothing to book through Revasi. Your annual subscription is your only platform cost — growth in covers grows your business, not your software bill.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a 1-month free trial, configured during your demo call. Your team runs real service through Revasi before committing, with the floor plan, policies, guest communications and integrations all set up by the Revasi team rather than handed to you cold. We are flexible on terms for restaurant groups and exclusive partners — book a demo and we will scope a trial around your venue and your service patterns.

What is included in onboarding?

Onboarding covers floor plan and section setup, reservation and cancellation policies, branded guest communications, dietary and occasion handling, integrations with your POS and existing tools, and team training for floor and management. Most venues are live on Revasi within a week.

How do Revasi contracts work?

Revasi runs on annual contracts only. Longer commitments — two- and three-year terms — unlock better rates, and restaurant groups and multi-venue operators get exclusive deals on top. You keep full access through the end of any term you have already paid for, and reservation data and guest profiles are exportable at any point so nothing is held hostage.
