Pricing questionsWhat if we already use a reservation system?
The Revasi team handles the migration end-to-end. Most venues are fully switched over within one to two weeks with no disruption to existing bookings. Guest history, ongoing reservations and policies are imported so nothing falls through the gap during the transition.
How long does onboarding take?
Most venues are live within a week. Onboarding covers floor plan and section setup, reservation and cancellation policies, branded guest communications, dietary and occasion fields, integrations with your POS, and team training for floor and management — all run by the Revasi team alongside yours.
Can we customise the booking page to match our brand?
Yes. Every Revasi booking page is fully branded — your logo, palette, photography, voice and (on Revasi Pro) a custom domain. Guests experience a continuous flow from your site through booking and confirmation.
Does Revasi support deposits and prepayments?
Yes. Each venue picks the flow that fits their policy — a deposit or full prepayment at booking, or a card hold so the table is committed without an upfront charge. Where the policy allows, the venue can charge the held card later for no-shows or late cancellations.
Can guests submit dietary requirements and special requests?
Yes. Guests add dietary requirements, allergies, occasions and free-text notes during the booking flow. These travel through to the dashboard and the kitchen, so floor and pass teams have everything they need before service starts — nothing gets retyped.
Can we manage multiple seatings, like lunch and dinner separately?
Yes. Revasi supports multiple services per day, each with independent availability, covers and booking windows. Tasting menu restaurants with set session times, all-day venues with continuous service, and hybrid models are all supported.

How do Revasi contracts work?
Revasi runs on annual contracts only. Longer commitments — two- and three-year terms — unlock better rates, and restaurant groups and multi-venue operators get bespoke pricing with exclusive deals on top. Reservation data and guest profiles are exportable on request, so nothing is held hostage if you ever decide to move on.
