We came home with our hands heavy and full. A whole season of foraging further and growing what we couldn’t find, cashed in at the table.
Our library of ingredients is deeper and wider than it has ever been, as is our knowledge.
The harvest was used root to fruit, skin to seed, test to failure, failure to success.

These ingredients are ancestors of our future flavours. Primitive and progressive at once.
